We are all so excited for Christmas! Well, maybe except for Ben. He has the end of the semester and Finals to worry about before he can really start to celebrate. Melissa and Joseph have enjoyed Christmas shopping and wrapping presents, and Brigham eats any wrapping paper scraps he can find. Today we got crafty with glitter! (Boy was that crazy!) Ben was trying to study at the same table and said next time we should wait till he isn't home so he won't stress about glitter getting everywhere. I did knock an open container of green glitter onto the floor, but luckily we had just swept, so there were not too many pumpkin bread crumbs on the floor. We swept up the glitter and put it back in the jar. So if anyone gets a Christmas card with crumbs stuck in the glitter, pretend you don't see them. We put glitter on pinecones, I put some on a card, and then I put glue on Joseph's hands and he made handprints on a paper and we put glitter on them. That was actually not as messy as we feared. Glue doesn't stain like paint. Later in the morning Joseph fell and we thought he scraped up his arm, and it turned out to be dry glue!
