We decided to stay in Clovis for Easter this year and just have our own little family celebration. I regret not getting to see family, but it was nice to relax a bit after having Ben gone all week. We had a few commitments down here as well. I tried something new this year and used natural dyes for our Easter eggs. I used things like spinach, black beans, chili powder, and grape juice. It was interesting. You will notice they are not very brilliant compared with store bought dyes.

The early morning sun was pretty bright. Brigham had fun playing with the eggs and taking them out of his basket.
